Instructions for Families to Pick up the Chromebook

The new Chromebooks are here and are going to be given out next week to our 7th graders! Eighth graders received a new Chromebook last year so they will not be getting a new one now. To receive the new chromebook for your student, please complete the following steps:

  • Click here to review and confirm agreement to the terms and conditions of the Delsea Regional School District Acceptable Use Policy. Please submit one form per child. At the bottom of the form, select “I agree” to approve of the terms.
  • Once you have submitted the AUP, you will be directed to the Chromebook Insurance Fee online payment link via PayPal. Follow the instructions to make your online payment – you do not need a PayPal account to make a payment. After the payment has been submitted online, you will receive an email receipt which must be printed and brought to school OR forwarded to [email protected] or [email protected]. Please be sure to include the student’s name with any emails. Cash ($30) and check (made out to Delsea Regional School District) will also be accepted.
  • Your student will need to return the Chromebook they currently have before a new one will be given out. The chromebook, case and charger are due at the time of pickup to receive the new device.

Students who attend school in person will be able to begin picking up their devices on Tuesday, Dec. 15 during the school day. Students will be called to the office by room number. For students who attend school fully online, the devices will be available for pick up on:

Tuesday, December 15 from 1-3 pm
Wednesday, December 16 from 5-7 pm
Thursday, December 17 from 1-3 pm
If one of these times is not convenient, please contact the school to make other arrangements. We may be adding additional dates if needed.

If you are coming to the school to pick up the chromebook, please report to security for clearance. You should plan to wear a mask and comply with our social distancing guidelines.

You must have a signed AUP, a paid insurance fee and the old chromebook, case and charger to be given the new device. We are hoping this process will run smoothly for everyone and that all the devices will be delivered by winter recess. If you have any questions, please contact the school directly at 694-0100.
